TA Conference 2013

The National TA Conference 2013 is a joint event sponsored by the ITA and the IDTA. 

The event, which is being held at the Cheltenham Park Hotel in April 2013, will run from the Friday afternoon until the Sunday lunchtime, and over the three days will be a mix of workshops, social events and networking. 

This year's conference booking through the ITA/IDTA is for the conference only allowing you the freedom to book your own accommodation in the conference hotel or at an alternative venue.  This decision was made to simplify the booking procedure, give you more flexibility in where you stay, reduce the administrative work for the conference team and keep costs competitive. 

Car parking is free at the hotel.

Booking your Conference

Decide which type of tickets you want to book.  Click on the quantity field and enter the number you wish to purchase.  You will then be taken to the registration page where you will be asked to complete some information and to provide your payment details.

To ensure that tickets are not oversold there is a time limit of 15 minutes for you to make your booking.  This means you cannot store your infomation for another time.  If you exceed the 15 minute limit  you will have to re-register. 

Att the end of registering and paying you will be able to print off a ticket with all your details. Please bring this with you to the conference. 

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Any booking cancelled up to and including 10 days before conference will be subject to a 100% refund.

Cancellations after 10 days and up to 5 days before the conference will be subject to a 50% refund.  Cancellations after 5 days will be subject to no refund. 

Accomodation

To book accommodation for the Conference and exams at the Chlenham Park Hotel please contact the hotel directly.  We have negotiated the following Bed and Breakfast rates available until 19th February when the price will revert to the best available rate. 

Single Bedded Room - £65 per person per night

Double/Twin for sole use - £80 per person per night

Double/Twin occupancy - £90 per room per night

Full Conference Package includes attendance at conference workshops over the three days and includes the following meals:

Friday - Lunch on arrival and evening meal. 

Saturday  - Lunch and Gala Dinner

Sunday - Lunch.

Conference programme and folder are included.  

Saturday Full Day Delegate includes the workshops and lunch. This package does not include evening meals or accommodation. If you wish to stay for dinner then this has to be booked separately. 

Friday and Sunday Half Day Delegate includes the workshops and lunch.  This package does not include evening meals or accommodation. If you wish to stay for dinner then this has to be booked separately.

You will be able to book your workshops through eventbrite. A link to the site will be sent out closer to the date of the conference.
